We do it all. We will happily set ourselves up in your kitchen or venue space one hour prior to food service commencing, usually this is 4-5 hours depending on your chosen menu. Staff costs are, chef 65p/h and wait/bar staff $35p/h. We do have drop off options available if you prefer not to have staff.

Yes, our minimum number of guests is 50. Although we will quote a cost per person for less than 50 guests.

Absolutely not, your only job is to enjoy yourself. We take care of all the rest. We even offer bar staff if that is something you’re interested in too.
